Description

This diploma programme is meant to provide students who want to pursue a career in the culinary arts with fundamental skills and in-depth product knowledge, as well as the capacity to perform and organise food preparation.

It is has also been specifically intended to provide students with an intensive hands-on learning experience inside a demanding work setting during their work and study term. This course emphasises food preparation and cooking, as well as technical skills in kitchen setup and organisation, food product knowledge, patisserie, and aesthetic abilities.

This programme will introduce students to a variety of cooking skills in both Western and Asian cuisines while also training them to be masters in hot cookery, pastry, baking, butchery, and garde manger. The students will be taught how to maintain a high level of professionalism while focusing on product quality and meeting client expectations.

Those who successfully complete the course will be awarded a Diploma Food Preparation & Culinary Arts by City & Guilds.
