This programme aims to provide students with the professional training and opportunity to pursue a culinary career in the Chinese Cuisine Industries.
Its contents include hands-on training in the preparation of southern and other regional Chinese cuisines, understanding of the Chinese culture, many forms of Chinese cooking skills, dim sum production, and other related topics.
Students will be able to fully integrate their acquired principles into practise and enhance their preparation for employment and/or further professional development as a result of their integrated learning experience gained in training centres such as in restaurants.
