A specialist in Food Service & Technology (Hons) from MSU, she combines scientific precision with creative pastry arts. Beyond her mastery of fundamental techniques, she was a key participant in the 2024 Malaysia Book of Records for the largest Molecular Gastronomy “Yusheng,” showcasing her leadership in cutting-edge culinary innovation. With a trilingual edge (English, Malay, Tamil), she ensures every student masters both the theory and the hands-on craft of professional pâtisserie.

Chef Mohd Norazmin Bin Zainal

Expertise: Professional Culinary Arts & Food Service Management.

With a deep-rooted background in Hotel & Catering Management from Politeknik Malaysia and currently pursuing a Master’s in Food Service Management at UiTM, he brings high-level industry standards into the classroom. His career is built on extensive offshore and luxury hotel culinary experience, where he led and trained elite teams. He specializes in bridging the gap between classroom theory and real-world industrial demands, preparing students for international career success

Yes. Ambitious Academy is recognised by Worldchefs, the global culinary authority, and graduates receive the City & Guilds (UK) qualification — both respected across the baking and pastry industry in Malaysia and worldwide.

Molecular gastronomy in baking combines science and culinary art to create innovative textures, flavors, and presentations. You do NOT need any SPM or equivalent qualification to apply.


If you are 16 years old and above, you are welcome to join — all you need is passion for pastry and the motivation to learn.

Outstation students are also welcome, as Ambitious Academy provides comfortable on-campus accommodation for those coming from other states.
