The total duration is 13 months, consisting of 9 months of classroom learning and skills training, followed by 4 months of industry internship.

Yes, the internship is a mandatory part of the programme.
Students will be placed in cruise ships, luxury hotels, resorts, or related service industries for 4 months of real-world training.

No academic results are required.
No SPM, no UEC.
We prioritise students who have interest and passion for the service industry.

1. Included Cabin Crew Intro Course

   Students receive additional basic cabin crew service training on top of cruise and hospitality modules, preparing them with multi-industry service skills.

2. Available only at the Johor Bahru (JB) campus

   This complete training pathway is exclusively offered at our JB campus.

3. Recognised by UK CTH International Certification

   CTH (Confederation of Tourism & Hospitality) is an international awarding body regulated by Ofqual (Office of Qualifications and Examinations Regulation), UK.

   This means:

   • CTH Diplomas are official international qualifications under the UK RQF (Regulated Qualifications Framework)

   • Widely recognised in the global tourism, hospitality, culinary, and service sectors

   • Students may progress to higher-level studies in universities in the UK, Europe, or Australia (subject to each institution’s requirements)
