Introduction to the luxury superyacht industry and its premium service expectations

Master principles of exceptional customer service and professional grooming standards
Develop practical communication skills and learn key tourism languages (Spanish, French, or Mandarin)
3. Food & Beverage Service Competencies
Learn basic culinary theory and essential food preparation techniques
Understand cruise restaurant management, various service styles, and onboard F&B operational processes
4. Essential Support Skills

Learn essential computer and IT skills used in modern service environments
5. Real Industry Experience
Complete a 4-month compulsory industry internship onboard a cruise ship or at a related luxury hotel

Internship Arrangement
Duration: 4 months
You will be directly involved in real operational roles such as front office, housekeeping, food & beverage, and customer service on a cruise ship or in a luxury hotel. You’ll experience daily workflows firsthand and complete professional logbooks and performance assessments as part of your training.
