Job Description
- Conduct engaging lessons that blend theory and practical skills, particularly in the context of ECCE (Early Childhood Care and Education), ensuring alignment with NOSS requirements.
- Deliver topics related to child development, safety & health, learning through play, classroom management, and other ECCE-related competencies.
- Develop and maintain the Working Instruction Manual (WIM) according to JPK standards
- Guide trainees in compiling their Portfolio according to JPK standards, ensuring all ECCE-related competencies are demonstrated clearly.
- Collaborate with Pegawai Pengesah Luaran (PPL) during external verification and prepare all required documentation for audits.
- Monitor and evaluate trainee progress, provide academic and emotional support, and encourage professional behaviour aligned with ECCE ethical values.
- Ensure the classroom and practical training environment reflects a safe, nurturing, and child-focused setup to simulate real ECCE workplace conditions.
- Participate in curriculum reviews and continuous improvement projects to enhance ECCE program quality.
- Attend institutional meetings, professional development workshops, and audits as required by the Kolej and JPK.
Job Requirement:
- Candidate must possess Sijil SKM Level 4 Early Childhood Code Programme T982-001-4:2018 – Penyeliaan Pengasuhan Dan Pendidikan Perkembangan Awal Kanak-kanak OR Diploma / Diploma vokasional / Degree in the same field
- Possess VTO Certificates.
- Possess Sijil Permata.
- Possess Sijil Induksi
Expected System Knowledge:
- JPK system for SKM program management.
- Microsoft Word, Excel. and PowerPoint
- Assessment System
Experience:
- At least 1 year experience as Pegawai Penilai.
- At least 2 years of experience working in ECCE field.
