JOB DESCRIPTION
- To lecture subjects for undergraduate students
- To plan, deliver and provide for academic and persona development students
- To prepare examination papers, administer, supervise and carry out an assessment of examinations as required by the Academy.
- To conduct curriculum development and develop course materials for specific courses
- To engage in research and development work for the purpose of advancement of teaching and learning and in areas consistent with the vision and mission of the Academy
- To take part in and assist in training course to upgrade skills
- Maintaining a safe and hygienic kitchen environment
- Ensure the kitchen operates in a timely way that meets our quality standards
REQUIREMENTS
- Candidate must possess at least Professional Certificate, Diploma/Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor’s Degree/Post-Graduate Diploma/Professional Degree in Food & Beverage Services Management or equivalent.
- At least 3 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
- Ability to work independently ans as a member of multidisciplinary team,
- Proficiency using kitchen equipment and appliance,
- Dexterous consistent and precise baker
- Preferably Non-Executive specialized in Food/Beverage/Restaurant Service or equivalent.
- Required language(s): English, Bahasa Malaysia, Mandarin
- Able to start working immediately
