Molecular gastronomy in baking combines science and culinary art to create innovative textures, flavors, and presentations. At Ambitious Academy, students learn techniques like spherification, foams, gels, and sous-vide for modern desserts and pastries — preparing them for advanced pastry careers in Malaysia.

You do NOT need any SPM or equivalent qualification to apply.


If you are 16 years old and above, you are welcome to join — all you need is passion for pastry and the motivation to learn.

Outstation students are also welcome, as Ambitious Academy provides comfortable on-campus accommodation for those coming from other states.
