Description

The programme is designed for students who are not only interested in but also like being engaged in the art of baking and pastry making. Students will benefit from this hands-on course that lasts nine months and includes a six-month practicum component.

Students will learn not only the fundamental skills, but also how to make and bake pastries from scratch, such as Classic Cinnamon Rolls and Natural Strawberry Cake with Browned Butter Frosting. They can also get hands-on experience and acquire advanced techniques in decoration, plating, chocolate photography, and sugar arts.

This 9-month hands-on course with a 6-month internship is developed specifically for intermediate learners.

Those who successfully complete the course will be awarded a Diploma Food Preparation & Culinary Arts – Patisseries by City & Guilds.
