This programme combines City & Guilds and SKM Level 2 certifications, allowing students to gain real kitchen experience through a flexible work-study schedule.

  • The programme runs for 24 months, combining academic learning and paid kitchen training.
  • Classes are held biweekly.
  • Each month features two menus — you can choose one day to attend class per menu, or both weeks if you need extra practice.
  • The programme is progressive, with 2 classes and 2 menus per month.
    At the end of the course, students will take the City & Guilds (C&G) and SKM diploma exams.

This is your first step into the professional world — there are no special privileges at work, and you can’t rely on family support.
However, work is the best learning platform, and attending classes is the quickest way to gain knowledge. Missing classes is wasting your own time.
Your salary won’t be lower than others; only a portion goes towards tuition fees.

Before starting the work-study placement at partner restaurants, students sign a standard learning agreement.
Its purpose is to protect the rights of students, the academy, and the partner restaurants.
